Every year, HeartWorks invites our community to come together for Light Up the Lab, a virtual celebration that shines a light on the heart families who inspire everything we do. Each light on our festive garland represents a dedication made in honor or memory of a loved one with CHD.

These glowing reminders fill our lab with warmth and purpose all season long,  reminding our team of why we do what we do. It’s one of our favorite nights of the year, a simple but powerful moment to reflect on the past year and look ahead to 2026 with gratitude and hope.

How to Take Part

1. Purchase a light for $25 in honor or in memory of a loved one with CHD.

2. We’ll add a light and personalized name tag to our garland hanging in the HeartWorks lab.

3. You’ll receive a HeartWorks ornament and a hot chocolate kit to enjoy during the event.

4. Join us virtually on December 11th at 6 PM for the lighting ceremony as we sip hot chocolate and send warm holiday wishes together.
