HeartWorks Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
o Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
o The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States.
o Employees, board members, volunteers, and immediate family members of HeartWorks are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
o No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.
o Participants may enter the giveaway by completing entry form.
o Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
3. Agreement to Terms and Newsletter Subscription
o By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
o Entrants also consent to being added to the HeartWorks newsletter and mailing list. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link in email communications or by contacting HeartWorks directly.
4. Prizes
o The prize(s) include: HeartWorks merchandise.
o Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalents or substitutions will be provided, except at HeartWorks’ discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
o Winners will be randomly selected.
o Winners will be notified via email within 2 days of the drawing.
o If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, HeartWorks reserves the right to select a new winner.
6. Publicity Release
o By participating in the giveaway, entrants grant HeartWorks permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (if applicable) for promotional purposes, including announcements on HeartWorks’ website, social media channels, and email communications, without further compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
o HeartWorks is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
o HeartWorks is not liable for any technical issues, including but not limited to software failures, internet interruptions, or unauthorized human intervention, that may affect entry submission or giveaway operations.
o By participating, entrants release HeartWorks, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize(s).
8. Privacy
o Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and adding participants to HeartWorks’ mailing and newsletter list. HeartWorks will not sell or share personal information with third parties.
